Excerpt from Jean's letter to parents and students

After much thought and prayer over the past few months, it is with both sadness and gratitude that I announce my retirement, effective June 1, 2026. I hope I have been able to pass on to others some of the joy that music has brought to my life. Each of you has meant so much to me, and I will truly miss our times together.

Former students, teachers, friends, and guests of every age and every level are warmly invited to share a piano or musical selection during our Open Piano & Open Mic. Whether you have continued playing for years or haven't touched the keys in decades, we would be honored to hear from you.
